We service process equipment on site or at our service centres, and procure or manufacture all spare parts needed for the maintenance. If necessary, we modify and update serviced equipment with modern solutions.
We have had a co-operation agreement with Kumera Drives Oy since 2017 and KTT Service Centers are part of Global Kumera service network.

How KTT maintenance service works
1. Inspection
Our maintenance process covers the external washing of the device, grinding, part inspections and measurements.
2. Service proposal
Based on these, a photographic inspection report is created, which describes the proposed measures.
3. Service
We acquire and, if necessary, repair broken parts, make bearings and seals.
4. Test run
After assembly, we ensure the functionality of the device with test drives and condition monitoring measurements.
5. Handover
Finally, the device is painted to match new. For the customer, we make a maintenance report with pictures of all the work.
